APCO Canada committees examine key industry topics like mental health, professional development, training, and recognition of achievements. Whatever your interest, there's a committee that welcomes your input.
Committee members help to form policy, develop standards, and promote change in the field of public safety communications within Canada. Our committees are formed under the authority set out the APCO Canada Bylaws.
The Committee Group Leaders are Board appointed. These group leaders put together their committees from the committee applications received and ensure all resources are made available to members of the group.
All APCO members are encouraged to join a committee, and may apply online through the member portal or by emailing email@example.com. Applications for committee involvement are are accepted on an ongoing basis. Select the committee you are interested in by clicking the "Request Invite" link in the Available Groups area of your SocailLink pages.
You may view your committees, other committee participants, meeting minutes and other important documents in the Members Only web pages.
