APCO Canada Vision

Our vision is that every Canadian Public Safety Communicator has access to the means needed to provide the right resource, at the right time, in the right place, and for the right reason.

We are the voice of public safety communicators in Canada.

Public Safety Communicators include call takers, dispatchers, quality improvement personnel, trainers, supervisors, and managers.

APCO Canada recognizes public safety communications personnel such as IT and RF technologists are integral to achieving our mission.
